Our Founder & Director - Carolyn Chapman-Lees
Hello, I’m Carolyn — the Founder & Director of Just Horizons.
I’ve spent over 35 years working across the public, private, and social economy sectors, helping organisations grow in a way that puts people first. From leading a complex education charity to building my own inclusive innovation consultancy, my career has always been about unlocking potential — in individuals, teams, and organisations.
What sets me apart is how I bring together strategic thinking, operational action and real-world experience to help organisations maximise their people, productivity, performance, and potential. I’ve worked with national and international partners across education, enterprise, and the social economy — always with a focus on equity, collaboration, and creating opportunities that level the playing field - and most importantly - create impact.
