Following the success of Carolyn's Design Thinking session with our senior leadership team, we were delighted to invite her back to deliver two large-scale workshops in October for 120 of our department and curriculum leads. These sessions were impressive and impactful, providing our staff with the tools and inspiration to drive innovation and develop practical, real-world solutions.
Carolyn demonstrated remarkable expertise in managing and leading such large groups through the Design Thinking process. “Decolonising the Curriculum is such a broad topic; however, Carolyn delivered a productive online session in one hour!. Our PGCE trainees left the session with ideas of what decolonising the curriculum means, how they could incorporate it into their teaching and how to further develop their understanding. We look forward to working with Carolyn again in the future.”
